you tell us about what is going on there this morning? >> good morning. families and members of congress are meeting here at the library. we want to show you a live picture of the widow of ted kennedy. she is reading some of the delegates today from the house and the senate. they will make their way out to the church in a short time. the boisterous senator from massachusetts and the youngest of nine in the kennedy family, suddenly had a special connection to this place where he came when his daughter was getting treated for cancer and then returned when he was diagnosed with cancer. now, once again, he returns. to more senator ted kennedy's upset and celebrate his life. a high mass at this boston church. president barack obama will deliver the eulogy. on the eve of the funeral, colleagues and family gathered for a private memorial at the jfk library. an emotional night and those who knew him best. a lifelong friend. >> [unintelligible] be at peace my friend. >> to colleagues on both sides of the aisle. >> i miss joking with him in the background. i miss fighting in public. him.

cumberland. 86 degrees out toward ocean city. here is our set-up. a stationary front just over us. we have a little bit of a jam up as far as the weather is concerned. as long as bill is sitting out there, nothing else can move until bill decides to move. he's going to continue to actually pick up a little speed and continue to shoot off to the north, and once he finally does that, all of this can finally move out to sea, high pressure will come into play, and then we are looking for nice weather as we get toward the extreme end of the weekend and the workweek. the latest on bill, currently a hurricane category two. will continue to jet up, way up, across the north and northeast across the atlantic over the next few days. with but what bill will be providing is for some heavy surf in ocean city. scattered storms, mostly cloudy. the ripken world series, final game at 3:00 this afternoon, 84 to 83 degrees. chance of a thunderstorm. rip currents are very, very high. it is not a great beach day. if you can prevent it, maybe do some other things down in ocean city. temperatures in the

trying to brew out in northern virginia. i mostly cloudy sky for most of us in baltimore here. we'll see these patches of clearing try to move through, but it is going to be a tough sell for today to be outside for any kind of outdoor activities. let's look as a line of rain showers pushes its way into new jersey. we heard a lot about that rain yesterday. if you notice this one line along the i-95 corridor, you notice this is not moving a lot from west to east, but a lot of rain is moving from the southeast to the northeast and that creates a flooding problem. that's going to be a concern for us again later on today. rain showers continue to go over the same locations over and over and over again, and when we have that rain in a short time sfan span in the same area, we run the risk of flash flooding and also this afternoon, now that the ground is moist, if we get a stiff wind, we have a chance of seeing trees being toppled over. on the cloud cover, you see the cloud cover over the i-95 corridor. we see the band of bill getting close. the only concern we have from hurricane bill is some
